Other new features included a seamless production diary which gives users access to key manufacturing tasks and includes bin-management, batch management and provides management with fundamental reporting tools.

Polar Ice now have one database that holds all their prospect, supplier and customer data. With one click they have access to emails, phone calls, tasks, sales and production information. The new bin management allows non returned ice bins to be quickly identified. All enquiry's are been logged and followed up and overall customer service quality has improved.
