Larsen Water Management provide a nationwide leak detection service to all public sector bodies and private industry throughout Ireland and Northern Ireland. The business required a central record of all prospect and customer information and to allow access to records within the entire company. The following requirements, streamlining the business processes from ‘sales activity’ through to ‘customer invoice’ while improving customer service without increasing workload or workforce and reducing admin and removing the duplication of tasks were required to help Larsen continue to grow the business.

To eradicate the business challenges, Larsen deployed a tailored SuperOffice on premise CRM. This powerful central database provided staff with a platform to record all aspects of communication with their clients, prospects and suppliers.

The use of the tailored CRM database reduced the admin workload and the duplication of inputting customer information. It also provided instant access to client data for staff both in-office and on-road. It also improved record keeping and instant access to customer ‘job history’ and simplified the archiving of emails and project record updating.
